Labour Laws :

Labour law also known as labor law is the set of laws, administrative rulings, and precedents which address the legal rights of, and restrictions on, working people and their organizations. As such, it mediates many aspects of the relationship between trade unions, employers and employees.

Consultancy(t) :

A consultancy is an individual or organization, possesses special knowledge or skills and providesprofessional advice to the clients for a fee. Consultants help all sorts of businesses find and implement solutions to a wide variety of problems, including those related to business startup, marketing, manufacturing, strategy, organization structure, environmental compliance, health and safety, technology, communications and labour law related matters. Some consultants are self-employed, independent contractors who offer specialized skills in a certain field; other consultants work for large consulting firms.

Corporate(ion) :

Corporate, of or belonging to a corporation. A corporation is an artificial legal entity which, while made up of a number of commercial establishments or other legal entities, has a separate legal identity from them. A group of individuals, commercial establishments acting as a whole, as in one business. A set of rules, systems and company management and control organizations.
A form of organization that provides its owners and shareholders with certain rights and privileges, including protection from personal liability, if proper steps are followed. Corporations may take a number of forms, depending on the goals and objectives of the founders. Types include C, S and nonprofit corporations. Corporations are regarded as “persons” in the eyes of the law and may thus sue and be sued, own property, borrow money and hire employees.

Registrations :

The act of enrollment. The body of people/establishment, who register or enroll at the same time. Statutoryregistration of establishment / factory involves in a commercial business

Licensing(e) :

Contract giving someone the legal right to use a patent or trademark. Further it means the administrative process resulting in the grant, denial, renewal, revocation, suspension or modification of a license.

Logistics :

Handling an operation that involves providing labor and materials be supplied as needed. The process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, cost effective flow and storage of raw materials, in-process inventory.

Professional :

A person engaged in one of the learned professions. Engaged in a profession or engaging in as a profession or means of livelihood; "the professional man or woman possesses distinctive qualifications.

Qualified :

Meeting the proper standards and requirements and training for an office or position or task. Certified, holding appropriate documentation and officially on record as qualified to perform a specified function or practice a specified skill.

Associates)d) :

A person [/commercial establishment] who joins with others in some activity. Any [professional] activity that usually accompanies or is closely connected with another.

Sophisticated :

Having or appealing to those having worldly knowledge and refinement and savoir faire. Ahead in development, complex or intricate, advanced technology

Software :

Operating Instructions for specific task based computer applications. These instructions are carried out by the computers processors. These include all packaged for use like image editing, word processing, databases, CAD, CAM, games, and so on. Written programs or procedures or rules and associateddocumentation pertaining to the operation of a computer system and that are stored in read/write memory.

Establishments :

A public or private structure (business or governmental or educational) including office, factory, workshop. An organization, body founded and united for a specific purpose.

Factory(ies) :

A plant consisting of buildings with facilities for manufacturing. A factory or manufacturing plant is a large industrial building where workers manufacture goods or supervise machines processing one product into another.

Industry(ial) :

The people or companies engaged in a particular kind of commercial enterprise. The organized action of making of goods and services for sale.

Central Government :

Central government or the national government is the government at the level of the nation-state. A central body that is the governing authority of a political unit. The central system or form by which a community or other political unit is centrally governed.

State Government :

The Government of a particular state in the country. A state government is the government of a sub-national entity in a particular state with national forms of government, which shares political power with the central government or national government.

Challans :

A Challan is a legal [/statutory/formal] document submitted along with payment at the time of remittance of legal dues.

Documentation :

Writing that provides information of an official nature. The act or process of substantiating by recording actions [/official papers] and/or decisions.

Statutory(ies) :

Related to legislation or prescribed in law or regulation. Prescribed or authorized by legislation.

Compliances :

Acting according to certain accepted standards /regulations. Regulatory compliance refers to systems or departments at corporations and public agencies to ensure that personnel are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Inspection(or) :

A formal or official examination held [periodically/randomly] by the officials from relevant departments. An inspection is, most generally, an organized examination or formal evaluation exercise. It involves the verification, authentication, validation of legal documents.

Superannuation :

The savings which have been accumulated over time by an individual which is used to fund their retirement or funds which can be used as an investment. A means of setting aside funds during working life for use as retirement income, under a regulatory system.

Human Resources :

The function within a business organization that monitors the availability of qualified workers; recruits and screens applicants for jobs, conducts training and maintain personnel records.

Contractors :

An individual or a firm, contracts to carry out some business activity. An individual, firm, company, corporation or association having a contractual agreement / license to performing commercial activities.

Finencial(e) :

  • Of or about the system that includes the use of money, credit, investments and banks.
  • Of or relating to finances or those who deal in finances: fiscal, monetary, pecuniary.
  • Involving financial matters; "fiscal responsibility".
  • The commercial activity of providing funds and capital.
  • The branch of economics that studies the management of money and other assets.
  • The management of money and credit and banking and investments.
  • Obtain or provide money for; "Can we finance the addition to our home?"

Banking :

Transacting business with a bank; depositing or withdrawing funds or requesting a loan etc. Engaging in the business of banking; maintaining savings and checking accounts and issuing loans and credit etc.

Technology(ies) :

The practical application of science to commerce or industry. The discipline dealing with the art or science of applying scientific knowledge to practical problems.

Management :

The act of managing business. Management is the act of directing and controlling a group of people for the purpose of coordinating and harmonizing the group towards accomplishing a goal beyond the scope of individual effort.

Recruitment :

The process of getting recruits, enlisting people for the specified post in an organization. Enroll, register formally as an employee, participant or member.
